Basic Pistol Course for newer shooters (4 Hours) ($280)

The Basic Pistol Course for newer shooters was designed to give the student a set of solid handgun fundamentals. Every course instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The course concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy. 

Instruction covered but not limited to:

• Firearms Safety
• Marksmanship drills
• Malfunction drills
• Timed drills
• Care and cleaning

Equipment Needed:

• Pistol at least 9mm in caliber
• Magazine pouch
• Three magazines
• No HOLSTERS NEEDED all shooting will take place from the bench
• Eye and ear protection
• Pistol cleaning gear/lube
• 250 rounds of ammunition
• Baseball hat or boonie style cover
• Water and snacks
• BDU style pants or jeans (NO shorts please)

Classroom portion will be conducted at Covered 6 HQ. The range approximately 20 minutes from headquarters.
