The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) program for Executive Protection Professionals is based on the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and meets the guidelines established by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC). This course teaches civilian tactical medical procedures and is instructed from a realistic manner that provides you the skills and mindset to manage casualties during high threat civilian tactical and rescue operations. This is a high-intensity course where you will be running, crawling, carrying heavy objects, moving casualties, and more. While not a “run and gun” course, this program does incorporate live fire training to simulate real-world scenarios.  This is a nationally recognized course. Students that meet the minimum standards will receive a certificate.

Basic Shotgun for new shooters is designed to give the shooter a set of solid shotgun fundamentals. Every class instructed at Sierra Element begins with the proper mindset. The class concentrates on safety, the 7 elements of marksmanship and balancing speed and accuracy.

The LE Sniper Tripod Course is designed to present the LE sniper with the fundamentals of tripod shooting and advanced tripod techniques in urban and rural environments. Our courses are led by Law Enforcement and Military Snipers who have real world experience deploying tripods as a shooting support in hostile environments.

 The True North Raven Precision Rifle Course (Tripod Focused) was designed to educate students interested in competing in PRS matches, hunters, recreational long-range shooters and law enforcement snipers.  This is a intermediate to advanced level course. Students will leave the course with a solid foundation of marksmanship fundamentals, understanding their individual rifle scope and alternate shooting positions.  The primary instructor will be Michael Baccellieri lead instructor from Leupold Optics Academy.  Michael is a subject matter expert for Leupold Optics as well as an internationally recognized sniper instructor.  Don't miss out on this unique opportunity.
