Upcoming Courses

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) program is based on the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and meets the guidelines established by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC). This course teaches civilian tactical medical procedures and is instructedfrom a realistic manner that provides you the skills and mindset to manage casualties during high threat civilian tactical and rescue operations. This is a high-intensity course where you will be running, crawling, carrying heavy objects, moving casualties, and more. While not a “run and gun” course, this program does incorporate UTM training to simulate real-world scenarios.  This is a nationally recognized course. Students that meet the minimum standards will receive a certificate.

The Shotgun-I Course is designed to give the shooter a set of advanced shotgun fundamentals. Every class instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The class concentrates on safety, the 7 elements of marksmanship and balancing speed and accuracy.

Single Man Room Clearing Techniques for Executive Protection Professionals is designed to give the shooter a set of solid pistol fundamentals in a CQB environment. Every class instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The class concentrates on safety, the 7 elements of marksmanship and balancing speed and accuracy. The course also covers medical scenario.  The lead CQB instructor will be a current SWAT member.
