Low Light Elements Patrol Rifle Course Intermediate/Advanced Level (1 Day) ($275) (Certificate awarded upon successful completion)
The Low Light Patrol Rifle Course is designed to give the shooter a set of solid low light rifle fundamentals and last resort combatives during low light and no light. Every course instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The course concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy under stress.
Instruction covered but not limited to:
- Flash light techniques
- Communication
- Partner drills
- Alternate shooting positions
- Running drills
- Shooting from cover
- Low light qualification
- Multi-threat engagements
Equipment Needed:
- Rifle with sling
- Pistol with 3 magazines
- Holster
- Hand held flashlight
- Mounted flashlight
- Magazine pouch
- 3 rifle magazines
- Eye and ear protection
- Pistol cleaning gear/lube
- 350 rounds of rifle ammunition
- 200 rounds of pistol
- Baseball hat or boonie style cover
- Water and snacks
- BDU style pants (NO shorts please)
**** There is a $20 range fee separate from Sierra Element's course fee. The $20 fee will be collected at the beginning of the class and paid directly to the range. CASH ONLY PLEASE****
Cancelation Policy:
When you sign up for a class, your credit is good for up to one year from the original class date as long as you notify us at least ONE WEEK in advance that you cannot attend the class. Those who have not given us at least ONE WEEK of notice or do not show up at the class will lose their credit.
Transferring Credit - If you purchase a class and cannot attend, with at least one week’s notice we will hold that credit for you for up to one year.
