Need For Speed Pistol Course Level-II ($300) Intermediate/Advanced Level (Certificate awarded upon successful completion)
The Need For Speed Pistol Course Level-II is designed to give the student a set of solid handgun fundamentals. Every class instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset, the class concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy under stress with a pistol mounted optic or iron sights.
Instruction covered but not limited to:
- Draw and presentation deconstruction drills
- Speed shooting drills
- Timed drills
- Shooting and stopping drills
- Shooting from cover drills
- Running drills
- Multi-target engagements
Equipment Needed:
- Pistol with optic mounted at least 9mm in caliber
- Magazine pouch
- Holster
- Three magazines
- Nylon or leather belt that fits through your pants belt loop
- Eye and ear protection
- Pistol cleaning gear/lube
- 400 rounds of factory ammunition
- Baseball hat or boonie style cover
- Water and snacks
- Pants (NO shorts please)
